Vyacheslav Frantsevich Kebich (Belarusian: Вячаслаў Францавіч Кебіч, romanizedViačaslaŭ Francavič Kiebič [vʲatʂaˈslaw kˈʲɛbʲitʂ], Russian: Вячесла́в Фра́нцевич Ке́бич; 10 June 1936[1] – 9 December 2020[2][3]) was a Belarusian politician and the first Prime Minister of Belarus from 1991 to 1994.
